Home

Molalla Oregon, named after the Native Americans who lived along the river that traverses its hills and forests, is nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. Incorporated as a city in 1913, Molalla has been home to pioneers, cowboys and craftsmen for decades. In recent years the city has experienced a population boom as the number of residents more than tripled since 2000. Home to many festivals, Molalla draws in people from all over the state, and country for the Apple Festival, fishing derbies and, of course, the Molalla Buckeroo Rodeo and Independence Day Parade.

Molalla River Distillery

Molalla River Distillery was incorporated in 2016 with an aim to take up residence in the heart of downtown Molalla. Our mission is to create handcrafted, grain-to-bottle spirits in classic varieties enjoyed by millions. The distillery will endeavor to source the raw materials from local farmers whenever possible. Already enjoying excitement from city planners, the distillery is in the process of securing a facility in which to build out our operations.

Distillery Founders

The McEachran family are local entrepreneurs celebrating five generations in Molalla. Their family has been with Molalla since the beginning: as farmers, loggers, builders, and now artisan distillers. Bringing their business into Molalla was a conscious decision to support the city, their home, and for the support from the residents. We’re excited and delighted to be producing fine spirits in our family’s home town.
